Description
Leica II (Model D) 35mm rangefinder camera with collapsible Leitz Elmar 1:3.5 F=50mm lens. This is a classic black-paint screw-mount Leica from the mid-1930s, featuring a coupled rangefinder, separate viewfinder, and the iconic collapsible Elmar standard lens. The body shows the typical early Leica design with nickel or chrome accents on the controls and lens mount.

Condition Report
The black paint finish shows heavy wear with extensive brass showing through on the top plate, edges, and base. The vulcanite covering has wear and some lifting or damage in places. The Elmar lens shows typical age-related marks on the nickel finish. Glass appears clear with normal reflections for its age. The film back and internal mechanisms are visible and intact. Overall condition is consistent with a well-used early Leica; full mechanical function is not verified beyond visual inspection.
